How do I access the Retailer Coupon and Buy Now options noted above?

Browse and select the category and the product of choice. When you find a product of interest, create an account, by navigating to the upper right of the website, ‘Create Account’ and follow on-screen instructions.

- Account Holder's phone number. This MUST be the phone number associated with your Oncor account.
You will also be asked to respond to a captcha and read and acknowledge the End User License Agreement. Please note: this portal account is separate from your Oncor utility service account.

Coupon/purchase Disclaimer: Eligible customers are allowed the maximum limit of coupons but can only apply for new coupons at the end of the product's life expectancy, ranging from 8 to 16 years, depending on the product.

Typically, Buy Now purchases are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed on the portal. Most shipments arrive 5 to 7 days after they are shipped.

Do you store my credit card information?
No. All credit card and payment information is processed through the secure payment processing software Stripe. Credit card information is not stored or visible to our customer service representatives.

Yes, when you are submitting a request in the portal for an in-store coupon you will be asked to choose the retailer and, in some cases, choose an in-store or an online coupon. Once the coupon is issued, the retailer information cannot be changed, and additional coupons cannot be issued if you have met the maximum limit per household.

The selection of your retailer is final. The coupons generated by the portal are single use coupons which are specific to the retailer you selected. They cannot be cancelled or changed.

How do I receive my in-store coupon?
An email is generated which provides you with the coupon(s) chosen, in each order. The coupon includes a bar code which can be scanned by the retailer as well as a numeric code which the retailer can enter, if needed or you may enter during checkout for a purchase on the retailer’s website.
The coupon will also be available to view in “My Dashboard” after email is received.

Why can’t I use the same coupon twice?
These coupons represent currency. They are issued by our retail partners to be used once on a designated product for the allotted rebate amount at a specific retailer.
